LaBonitaOfArabia.com accepts order refund only in the following
cases:
Products delivered are NOT the same as ordered and listed in
invoice, (except the ones agreed with customer when he returns and
the order is not available).
Damaged
products (LaBonitaOfArabia.com NOT responsible for damages occurred
during delivery or shipment, this is the courier responsibility.)
In these
above cases, LaBonitaOfArabia.com will take full responsibility and
will cover the costs of refund the order.
All requests for defects must be made within 7 days of the receipt
of your order. Any request beyond 7 days will be accepted at our
discretion and processed in the form of an exchange only

- Exchanging
Your Garments
For any items or garments which do not fit properly we will
EXCHANGE the garments providing that:

The garment is returned within 30 days from the original shipping
date.

The garment labels, tags and Hygienic protection labels are still
attached to the garment.

The garment has not been worn (except to try the garment on for
size)*

The garment has not been
washed,
damaged or soiled.

The garment has not been altered by you in any way.

The item is returned to us accompanied by the original receipt.

The item is returned to us must include the original (undamaged)
packaging as well as the delivery receipt
We hope that most
people are honest and respectful, will take the time to try on
lingerie carefully, Items with any condition above will not be
accepted.
Please note

We will not reimburse any return shipping charges unless we have
made an error in product fulfillment.*²

We will not refund any shipping & handling fees.

You will not be charged any re-shipping fees when replacing
defective/damaged goods.

Returns sent C.O.D. will be refused.

We are unable to refund or exchange clearance,
sales
or closeout
merchandise under any circumstances.

Due to the seasonal nature of the items, we are also unable to
refund or exchange Holiday Garments and Costumes.

Special request items cannot be returned or exchanged for any
reason.

For your own protection, you may wish to send your return back to us
by insured parcel post or courier if these services are available in
your area.

We are not liable for damaged item(s) returned to us or returns that
are not received.

All refunds if applicable will be applied to the payment method used
for your original purchase.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to hygiene problems
for purchasing pantyhose, stocking, panties or an outfit that has a
panty bottom, swimwear, hosiery & accessories.

The worn or used items may be returned due to manufacturing defect
only, for repair or replacement per manufacturer's instructions.
If
the item cannot be replaced or repaired a refund will be issued
based on the original invoice. Normal wear and tear and failure to
follow manufacturer's laundering instructions are not considered a
manufacturing defect.

All order cancellations will incur a $5.00 charge and must be
received within 24 hours of initial ordering
We will make
every effort to process exchanging your item for the correct size in
the same style, subject to stock availability. Where we cannot
supply the identical style we will offer an exchange of another item
of the customer’s choice for the same value.
To ensure that the issue is resolved in the most expedient manner
please contact our customer service / sales department by email

where we will advise you of the most appropriate method to rectify
the problem and in order to obtain a return authorization number.

What if I lost
my
receipt?
If you do not have your original receipt, you
may return the items without the original receipt and they will be
valued at the current selling price.

keep in

· Please note that all credit card refunds will
be placed on the card used for the original purchase.
· Please allow 2 weeks from the day you return
your package for your account to be credited.
· Allow 1-2
billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
